Ben Koffel is the Chief Executive Officer of Modal Power. His career spans the entire renewable energy project lifecycle, with a background in development, project finance and commercial strategy. In prior roles at Vineyard Offshore and Enel Green Power, Ben led the development and financing of large scale energy projects across North and South America and raised billions in non-recourse finance to provide reliable clean electricity to customers and communities.
Jennifer Ritchie is the Chief Financial Officer of Modal Power. She brings over 15 years of experience across finance, asset management and renewable energy. At Brookfield, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield’s US Renewable Portfolio, and Chief Financial Officer of Luminace. Prior to these roles, she held various senior finance roles within Brookfield Asset Management.
Asha Gandhi is Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Development at Modal Power. She brings over 15 years of experience across the energy sector, with expertise in capital formation, strategic partnerships, M&A, project finance, asset monetization, and portfolio strategy. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at energyRe and EDP Renewables, where she led financing strategy, executed capital raises, managed multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios and led capital markets and treasury functions across North America.
